Prime Time Jukebox Battle of the Bands 2021 Finals Opens (Episode 35)

Prime Time Jukebox’s second annual Battle of the Bands has made it the finals. For the 2021 Finals, it’s a clash of styles as Jimi Hendrix takes on Frank Sinatra.

Starting 4/21 at 5pm EDT, you can participate in the voting to decide the champion. Voting will be open until 4/23 when a winner will be crowned.

Jimi Hendrix was the winner of Dave’s bracket. Along the way Hendrix eliminated Nina Simone, The Allman Brothers Band, Bruce Springsteen, and Nirvana.

Meanwhile Sinatra, who was the 16th and final pick in the 2021 Battle of the Bands Draft by Coop won his bracket defeating Duran Duran, Billy Joel, Paul McCartney, and Elvis Presley.

This is the second consecutive year for Battle of the Bands. In 2020, Led Zeppelin defeated Pink Floyd in the finals.

Prize winners will be announced Monday 4/26 unless a tiebreaker is required (which would delay the final result). Winners will be chosen from the eligible retweets as per contest rules. A winner is eligible to win more than one prize.
