90s Madness: Nirvana Rolls Over Metallica to Advance to Final

Exit Sandman.  What was billed as dream Final Four matchup by son turned out to be Metallica’s worst nightmare. Nirvana’s Nevermind had no problem defeating Metallica’s Metallica to advance to the 90s Madness Championship.

Nirvana, Nevermind was the winner of Hector Alfonso’s bracket while Metallica, Metallica won Coop’s bracket.  Nirvana would win from start to finish capturing 66.7% (2/3) of the vote. Nirvana faces the winner from John McTavish’s bracket, Pearl Jam, Ten in another dream matchup.

The Championship opens the morning of Thursday May 12, 2022 and will run 48 hours.
