Pink Floyd’s Wish You Were Here, representing Hector Alfonso’s bracket is going to the Finals. The album defeated another Pink Floyd album, The Wall representing the Surgeon’s bracket. The win gives Alfonso a spot in the championship for the third consecutive year.
The Wall took an early lead, but Wish You Were Here surged back to finish with a healthy 59.1% of the vote to The Wall‘s 40.9%.
Wish You Here Here will face the winner of the Final Four match between Led Zeppelin IV (representing Coop’s bracket) and another Pink Floyd album, Dark Side of the Moon (representing Dave’s bracket). Voting for that matchup is underway at the time of this published post.
